1. Project Initiation: Our process begins when you contact us to discuss your vision. We’ll collaborate to define the scope and agree on a fair, transparent price.
2. Deposit & Commitment: To secure your project slot, a non-refundable 25% advance payment is required.
3. Creative Briefing: We dive into your ideas. You can provide reference sites you love, or we can suggest design directions tailored to your industry.
4. Logo & Brand Identity: If you have a logo, we’ll integrate it to ensure a cohesive color theme. If not, we offer custom logo design services at an additional cost.
5. Content Collaboration: As the expert in your business, you provide the text and images. This ensures your brand voice is authentic. (Professional copywriting services are available as an add-on).
6. Incremental Approvals: We value your feedback. After each page is completed, we provide a demo for your approval, followed by a 10% milestone payment.
7. Final Review & Launch: Once the final page is built and approved, we provide screenshots of the full site for your records. Upon final payment, your website goes live!
8. Full Ownership: Once the project is complete, you maintain 100% ownership of all website content and imagery.

Website Maintenance & Updates

Keeping your website fresh is easy and affordable. We offer two tiers of updates:

• Minor Updates ($25): Perfect for small tweaks. Includes up to 4 new images or text changes provided by you.
• Major Updates ($50): Includes new page creations or full redesigns of existing pages to keep your site modern.
